Rabee Al Omar
Head of Wellbeing - Boys
I’ve been teaching in independent schools for over 15 years, mostly as an English teacher. I’ve also worked as a HSC marker, so I have a strong understanding of what’s expected in senior assessments and how to support students to meet those standards.
Over the years, I’ve developed a strong interest in student wellbeing, especially helping Stage 4 boys navigate the transition from junior to senior school. It’s a big shift—socially, emotionally, and academically—and I’ve worked closely with students during this time to build their confidence, help them stay connected, and support their overall growth.I believe that school is about more than just marks. It’s about feeling supported, being challenged, and having the chance to become the best version of yourself.

At Unity Grammar Online, we aim to make sure every student feels valued and supported, and we’re proud to be a key part of their journey — helping them flourish both personally and academically in a virtual space.
